Community Health Services Program provides approximately 300,000 hours of Personal Support/Homemaking, Palliative and Respite care annually to individuals in need throughout our Niagara community. Red Cross Transportation Program provides rides to medical appointments, shopping, family visits and social outings for eligible individuals. Niagara Specialized Transit Program transports eligible clients with mobility issues to medical related appointments

We assist people of all ages to receive care and treatment to stay in the comfort of their own homes and also provide health care services in schools to children who have special medical needs.
